It has been a windy Sunday, encouraging trees to drop their autumn leaves. Eucalypts aren't deciduous (they drop leaves whenever they please, much to the despair of neatnik gardeners) (of which I am not one). This leaf amused me because it sums up the Australian autumn: some autumn colour, but plenty of evergreen trees too.
