Visited a demolition yard today and found it a fascinating exercise in photography. Easy to take photos of masses of stuff, harder to get meaningful photos. This chaff cutter provided excellent details on which to focus. The junkyard manager was keen to point out the stainless steel bain-marie unit, but oddly enough this rusty (still functional, he said) piece interested my camera more.
You can find more photos from the demolition yard here.
Sometimes a photo a day, to make me look more closely and see what is around me to be considered and captured, using the immediacy of digital photography. And possibly the odd rant, from time to time. Things made, found, discovered. A cornucopia. On the One Vivid Leaf blog, crochet!
