Today's photo for three reasons.
1. I like it . All those subtle blacky-purply tones.
2. It was stinkin' hot and sticky-humid today. (Although red onions are less insistent than their brown or white cousins, they still have a fragrant presence.)
3. I didn't take a photo today, and hadn't used this one before, so...
Bingo!
