The post above gives you the full picture, but there was something I really liked about this detail shot. The doll's hands are able to cradle the red nose, and while you can't see all of her, there is enough information for you to make sense of it. Sometimes, it's getting the details right that enables you to make sense of something. In quilting, I am at times - most often - a bit OK, that's fine...but sometimes I'll fuss till it pleases my eye - it's going to be a quilt a lot longer than a quilt-under-construction.
