See, all you do is innocently put in a lunch order (there are stickers for the regulars like me, although I still tweak it), but it's on that day of the month when The Feisty Volunteers are in....
...and you don't just get back a ham and salad sandwich, you also get a novel. At no extra charge. Bargain!
