Favourite magazine ;-)

Australian Patchwork & Quilting vol 15 no 2, just out...

(gee whiz it's a buzz to have your quilt on the cover! - for all sorts of reasons, including the memory of assembling the quilt top with a four year old girl's help (she kept picking the pink fabrics first!). Love the way quilts carry memories).

It was such a long while ago that I acquired the Amy Butler Charm fabrics around which I designed this quilt. Check out the 1 Feb, 29 March & 23 July blog entries - this is what they became.

Wow. That must be really cool. I will be looking for that issue on my newsstand. How did you get to do that?

Congratulations!!! It's a great idea for a quilt in which you want to use a collection of fabrics. Really beautiful! I want to make it!
This is the only magazine I subscribe to. And the first one I knew about when I began quilting when I was expat in Brazil. They love this magazine there. So you are going to be famous in South America too!! Now I'm going to write to my friends there and to the quilt owner store to let them know about your blog and the fact you are on the cover. Congratulations again!!! :-)Georgina
